Embedding wellbeing into your workplace culture …
- is an iterative and ongoing process. It is not a checklist but rather an opportunity to reshape how you do your work.
- involves ongoing learning for everyone. Inherently, learning happens at each stage but also represents its own stage when deeper learning is required as the focus of your unit’s efforts.
- is not linear. There are different paths to approaching wellbeing in the workplace. Do what serves your unit’s needs in the moment and don’t get hung up by order.
- is a team process. Consider the needs of all potential participants by creating a supportive team environment conducive to open exploration and conversation.
