Thrive at UBC Vancouver 2026

Thank you for being part of Thrive! Our partners and campus community help make Thrive a meaningful opportunity to learn, connect, and talk about mental health and wellbeing at UBC.

There are many ways to get involved in Thrive this year—from hosting or attending an event to becoming a Thrive partner and helping create opportunities for the broader UBC community.

A new approach to funding and events

In 2026, Thrive at UBC Vancouver is taking a more focused approach to funding, with support directed toward a smaller number of larger, higher-impact events and initiatives. This approach will help create more opportunities for the broader UBC community to participate in Thrive events and activities throughout November. While there are no Thrive micro-grants available in 2026, we encourage you to sign up as a Thrive partner to access planning resources, guidance, and other supports for your event.

Partners continue to be an important part of Thrive. We’re working with key campus partners to support events and initiatives that align with Thrive’s goals of building mental health literacy, reducing stigma, strengthening connection, and promoting wellbeing resources.
