Wonderland: Haunting of the Heart

Vancouver Campus | 6:30pm–9:30pm

Prepare to experience love as a revolutionary force at the annual closing party of ARTIVISM: Heart On Fire! This year’s theme for the 8th UBC ARTIVISM festival celebrates existing cultures of care while inviting new realities rooted in compassion. Through radically creative spaces and by bringing marginalized artistic expressions to the forefront, we invite you to join us in igniting love toward liberation and setting oppressive systems ablaze.

Join us for a vibrant and spooky evening filled with drag performances, live music, captivating artists, local art vendors, art-making activities, and delicious snacks!

Who Can Attend:
This event is open to everyone—students, artists, and community members alike.

How to Attend:
Tickets are available for $5 for a limited time (early bird pricing).

Hosted by:
The Arts & Culture District, UBC Exposure, AHVA (Department of Art History, Visual Art & Theory), and the GRSJUA.

Arts & Culture are powerful tools for preserving our community’s sense of place, forging personal identity, and exploring creativity. They offer us opportunities for learning, relaxation, self-expression, and connection—proven to boost mental health, all while having fun!
