This event offers a creative outlet to express yourself while promoting emotional wellness in a fun, supportive environment. No artistic experience is needed – just come as you are, enjoy the process, and connect with others as we explore how art can be a tool for stress relief and mental well-being. All supplies are provided, so bring your creativity and leave with a masterpiece and a refreshed mind!
