Feelings of social isolation during the pandemic have been difficult for many of us; during challenging times, we tend to lean on others for support. And while COVID has kept many of us physically apart from friends, co-workers, and colleagues, physical distance does not need to mean social isolation. There are many ways to connect with others and to let them know you're thinking about them.
While you can always send a regular email, a text, a Slack, or simply pick up the phone, we thought a "postcard" would be a nice way to do this while sharing Thrive and reminding them that their mental health matters.
