We spend 50-70% of our day sitting, and this sedentary behaviour can have negative implications for our health and wellbeing. The Kinesiology Undergraduate Society shares their top tips for moving more, even when facing a busy day of classes and studying, by incorporating small stretches and exercises into the classroom.
