Moving Mindfully: Pilates


Vancouver Campus | 3:30pm–4:00pm

Join the Office of Wellbeing Strategy for Moving Mindfully: Beginner Mat Pilates Workshop led by Cassandra Kell-Cattrysse from @__sweat.happy in the Hydrotheatre from 3:30-4 pm.

Whether you're a pilates pro or looking to try something new, this workshop is a chance to connect with your peers and colleagues, unwind and enjoy a relaxing, screen-free break focused on enhancing your wellbeing through movement. This workshop includes a 30-minute pilates class with tea and coffee provided after!

This event is free but please bring your own mat and try to arrive no later than 3:25 pm. This event is open to all members of the UBC Community however space is limited so RSVP is required and your attendance will be confirmed with an email to follow.
