To celebrate Thrive month on campus this year, UBC Recreation and Thrive have collaborated to present super fun new activities including UBC's Largest Dance Class, skateboarding, and table tennis! If you haven’t yet heard about Thrive month, each year UBC dedicates the month of November as a time when we come together as a UBC community to learn about, talk about, and explore ways to support our mental health. For the entire month of November, there will be a variety of in-person and virtual events to encourage the UBC community to prioritize mental health. Cost: Free. Register here
Time: 3:30-4:45 pm
Prerequisites: No prior experience is necessary.
What to bring: Please bring a water bottle and make sure to wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in and don’t mind getting sweaty! Skateboards will be provided.
Location: Robert F. Osborne Centre, Gym F. If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration asap as we have a limited number of spots.
