Want to grow your wellbeing? Join us this month for “Grow Your Wellbeing,” our new plant-inspired workshop series at the Wellbeing Design Lab presented in partnership with UBC’s Campus + Community Planning and the Office of Wellbeing Strategy. Whether you're a seasoned plant parent or just starting out, this workshop series is the perfect chance to connect with peers, unwind and enjoy a relaxing, screen-free break focused on enhancing your wellbeing.

Our first event is a Flower and Leaf Pressing Workshop on May 17th, 12-1pm. Learn how to press your own leaves and flowers to create beautiful handmade cards. We’ll provide all the supplies you need for pressing and crafts, including pre-pressed flowers/ leaves for card making. Feel free to bring your own notebook to take home a flower/leaf to press! Light snacks and refreshments will be provided, but we encourage you to bring your own lunches as well.

Our next event is a Grow Your Own Herbs Workshop on May 24th, 12-1pm. Learn how to grow your own herbs using seeds, pots, and soil provided by us. You'll also get to enjoy light snacks and refreshments while you learn.

Workshops are free and open to all members of the UBC community.

Register here.
