Glow with the Flow in Partnership with Lululemon!

Glow with the Flow is BACK and is going to be bigger and better than ever. Join UBCO Recreation and Lululemon for the annual Glow with the Flow Yoga event of the year. We are excited to have DJ Johnny and Yoga Instructor Josee available for this event. Bring your friends and arrive early to get your glow on. Come early and get your glow on with Glow Sticks and body paint.

Join us in the gym early for a launch party at 6:00 pm! Lululemon will be giving away prizes and we will have a photo booth to capture some great energy before yoga.

Doors open to the gym at 6:30 pm to get your mat set up and yoga starts at 7:00 pm.

Bring a yoga mat or towel to participate.

Launch Party: 5:30 - 7:00 pm

Yoga: 7:00pm-8:00pm.

COST: FREE
