Did you know even a 2-minute break outside can help you reset?
UBC students Amari Davison and Hana Nishimura run @campusnaturesnacks in Instagram to inspire their peers to take these small breaks across campus. Together with UBC Forestry and University of Melbourne researchers, the new initiative aims to tackle student wellbeing one “snack” at a time.
