Slow down, reset, and reconnect with your breath. This Rest & Restore session focuses on guided breathwork designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and support overall wellbeing.

Led by Craig Smith, Women's Soccer Head Coach and a trained practitioner with The Oxygen Advantage® course, this class introduces evidence-informed breathing techniques that encourage relaxation, stress reduction, and improved breath awareness. You’ll be guided through intentional breathing practices in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

No prior experience needed—just come as you are. This session is ideal for anyone looking to decompress, build healthier breathing habits, and make space for rest in a busy day.

Expect calm vibes, simple guidance, and time to truly breathe.
