Glow with the Flow is BACK and is going to be bigger than ever. Join us for our annual Glow with the Flow on Sunday night with DJ Johnny and Yoga Instructor Josee. We are excited to bring this UBCO Recreation Signature Event to you for FREE. Bring your friends and arrive early to get your glow on! Glow Sticks and body paint are available before the event.

Join us for the Launch Party from 5:30pm-6:45pm and enjoy some refreshments, get your glow sticks and paint yourself bright for Yoga starting at 7:00pm.

Bring a mat or towel for yoga as there are a limited number available the night of the event.
