Stressed for exams? We’ve got you.
Get ready for Glowga! This one hour event will include yoga for ALL levels, followed by a calm meditation. Glowga will take place in a dim setting accompanied by calming blue glowsticks, chill beats, and a relaxing essential oil diffuser.
Expect to leave this event feeling completely relaxed, yet rejuvenated - the perfect boost to help you power through those exams.
Bring your own mat if you have one, and make sure to RSVP at least one week in advance! Hosted by the UBC Science Undergraduate Society.
